Back in January I wrote a journal saying I would be taking a break for awhile. Well, I have a history of "quitting what I quit" and my break was short-lived....almost to the point of not even being a break. In fact, in that journal, I promised that I would post my final scripting tutorials and a tutorial for an Animated Eye in Art of Illusion. Well, I ended up focusing on getting them done and forgot all about my break. I posted the tutorials, just not here. *In movie announcer-guy voice* "This time my break is for real." My daughter is in her senior year of high school and rounding the turn towards graduation. She and I need to spend as much time together as possible. My dad just retired from work and is spending some quality time with me and my family. Work has gotten crazy busy (in a good way). And, my graphic inspiration has hit an all-time low. Methinks it's time for some honest-to-goodness downtime!

I'm not going away permanently, but I won't be posting here much, if at all. In fact, I plan on being away until sometime this summer. Hopefully, I'll feel inspired again and can post something worthy of submitting.

I probably won't be answering questions either because once I start doing that, my break won't last. Anyone who has spent much time around me online knows I like to be helpful; I'm a sucker to help out anyone. But this time, I really need a break.
