This is Part 2 of a 3 Part series on creating brushes in GIMP. Part 1 can be found here: [link] and Part 3 can be found here: [link] The tutorials do not explain specific types of brushes (grunge, abstract, vector, etc.), but rather focus on GIMP's 2 formats: gbr and gih.
The tutorials are in htm format. Click on the Download to Desktop button, double-click the zip file, save the folder and htm file to a convenient location and double-click on the htm file to view the tutorial at your own pace. Comments and questions are always welcome. Enjoy! Happy GIMPing! Art |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
