GIMP Neon Fountain Animationby ~fence-post

Playing around in GIMP and stumbled on this....reminds me of a neon fountain (hence the name!) I love how the little bits spray up into the air. The technique is very simple, especially when you have the scripts to speed up the process. lol I'll post my steps and the necessary scripts later so you can learn and enjoy too.
