This tutorial was created for a friend who wanted to know how to watermark images in GIMP. There are many ways to accomplish this task. This is just the method I showed to him.
The process is really simple and provides great results.
The tutorial is in html format. So, just download the zip file to a convenient location, like your desktop. Double-click the zip file and move the html file and the "Tutorial Images" folder to your desktop (the Tutorial Images folder and html file must be in the same location for the images to show up.) Double-click the html file and the tutorial will open.
Although nothing is required for you to download and use this tutorial, giving me a fave would be a simple way to show your thanks. Just click the Add to Favorites link on the left side of the page, near the top. You don't even have to give me comments.
I found your tutorial by chance by Google search and let me just say one thing: Wow. Compared to the textversion you find everywhere on the internet explaining how to watermark in Gimp this was 120% easier for me to understand! So Thanks a lot!
When you open the zip file, there should be a folder that contains the images. Drag the folder to the same location on your hard drive as the html file (such as your desktop).
I'm kind of a newbie at computer stuff. I don't know how to open the zip file, I just pushed download, and it just put it in the html file automatically.

I have one problem though: I downloaded the tutorial, but your images aren't showing up on the tutorial.
Let me know if you're still having trouble.
